PQASSO is a quality assurance standard that has been designed specifically for small and medium-sized voluntary sector organisations. It is simple and straightforward to use, offering a flexible and staged approach to implementing quality.
PQASSO covers 12 quality areas at 3 levels and promotes continuous improvement through self-assessment. It helps staff and management committees identify what the organisation is doing well and what needs to be done in order to improve its services and practices.
I was trained as a Licenced PQASSO Mentor and have worked for the Charities Evaluation Services on piloting a process of assessment and recognition for PQASSO and am registered as a PQASSO Quality Mark Peer Reviewer.
My past experience and qualifications enable me to support organisations wishing to achieve any of the three levels of PQASSO.
