There are times when an organisation is in the public eye and people judge them on how well they communicate and perform. 

PRESENTATIONS: - Some people are natural communicators and relish the opportunity to talk about their work and their organisation in a public setting. However, others find this a somewhat nerve-racking experience and fail to communicate as effectively as they would like. 

There are a range of techniques one needs to use when addressing an audience and, as someone who has a wide experience of working in local radio, performing in public and addressing both large and small audiences, I can provide support to anyone needing help in this sphere. 

EVENT ORGANISING: - Most organisations have to provide public events at some time. These could range from planning the next AGM through to organising a large scale networking event. There many different items involved including, booking premises, inviting speakers, planning the programme, stage managing the actual event and accurately costing it all out.  Hence there is always the potential for it all to go pear shaped. 

I have been involved in organising and stage managing events ranging from local gatherings to national conferences.
